Aduan MPPG

Aduan MPPG is an mobile application for user to lodge complaint for Pasir Gudang Municipal Council to take action.

Details of the mobile application :
1. The application is built for Pasir Gudang Residents.
2. Pasir Gudang Residents who wants to use this application must:
- Own an iPhone with iOS operating system version 7.0 and above.
- Free space of 20mb and above.
- The smart phone must equipped with an internet connection or WiFi.

How to use the mobile application:
1. Download the app via AppStore for iOS.
2. Fill in user information.
3. Enter the required information through Aduan MPPG application.
4. Submit the form through the app.
User must enter the information as below:
1. User’s IC
2. User’s full name
3. User’s email
4. User’s telephone no.
5. Complaint Image
6. Complaint Category
7. Complaint Location or Address
8. Complaint Priority
