CLAIMS AND PAYMENT TRACKING
Once you sign in with user name and password, you’ll be able to:

+ File a new claim or work leave
+ View recent activity
+ Check status and details of your claims and leaves
+ Check whether a benefit payment has been issued
+ Add time to a work leave and check your leave balance
+ Notify us of your return to work
