Currently, the app only offers the paper trading of U.S. stocks. When you sign up, your account is credited with $10,000 (fake money) for you to practise trading before the app goes live. This enables beginners to learn and make mistakes without any real risks.

Buying and selling stocks on the app is so easy that you don’t need any prior experience to execute your trades. Each transaction is executed instantly. There is no waiting or approval time.

Affordability Is Our Speciality

With the paper trading app, users can do anything without incurring any fees. But when the app goes live, users will be able to start trading for as little as $1, and Afreeca Invest will only charge 1% per trade. Furthermore, there will be no minimum account opening balance, no account opening fees, and no deposit or withdrawal fees. Fractional shares will also be available to cater to any budget.

Regulated and Secure

Afreeca Invest will go live only when it gets licensed by the FSC. Additionally, it will be affiliated with a U.S. brokerage firm licensed by the SEC. To further protect users’ assets, all accounts will also be covered by the SIPC insurance.

You can easily access essential news about every stock directly in the app to inform all your trading and investing decisions. All the news are from Yahoo Finance, but new sources will be added later on.
