Agilelements Fireball

“Fire” is the first in a series of learning tools from Agilelements designed to help teams learn Agile quickly, easily and in an engaging way. The aim is to help teams build on the classroom teaching in a risk free environment to build their confidence to apply the techniques and lessons learned.
Suitable for in person or remote working the Agilelements toolkit (ATK) can be used independently or as apart of the Agilelements program (AP). As apart of the AP the ATK is used to take companies from traditional ways of working to a basic agile mindset in under 8 weeks.
Designed by US Naval Veterans and Agile Coaches, the program combines centuries of US Naval behavior change techniques and decades of Agile knowledge to accelerate Agile Transformations.
Your teams enter the program as Agile recruits and upon completion are Agile Apprentices ready for role specific training, coaching, and to approach their work in an Agile way with confidence.
The Fire Challenge:
Within your team create as many fireballs as possible within 3 mins.
The Fire Rules:
-Process starts and ends with Fire Starter
-The Fire Starter selection is permanent.
-Each Person must touch the ball for it to become a Fireball.
-Ball may not flow to the neighbor!

Below are the Requirements and must haves for the team:
To use the tool there must be a host who completes set and supports the team in session. There is the main screen where the team sees what happens, the mobile app is what team members use as a controller.
Must haves face to face:
-A minimum of 3 person team with mobile devices
(The host will take care of the rest)
Must haves remotely:
-A minimum of 3 person team with mobile devices and laptops.
--Mobile devices to access team controls
--Laptops to view the session and interact with the rest of the group.
