AH Fit

This programme is filled with different glute focused workout plans over the course of 5 days. I have tailored the programme to suit different levels of experience, including a beginner, intermediate and advanced level of training. Giving you the opportunity to move up levels once you start to progress in your programme. All home workouts and gym workouts have been chosen based off what I believe hits those glutes best over my 4 years of training and trying out different movements! This programme comes with video instructions to show you the right way to do the movements, and the correct form.


AH Fit offers two premium subscription options, both Monthly & Annually.

Premium subscriptions offer full access to the app including all programs, information, & daily workouts.

Monthly Premium membership is an auto-renewal monthly subscription for 29.99 GBP.

Yearly Premium membership is an auto-renewal yearly subscription for 299.99 GBP.


Payment is handled by your iTunes Account. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
