With AirLify's guidance on window opening frequency, you can effortlessly maintain clean air quality indoors, ensuring a healthier and more comfortable living space for you and your loved ones. Say goodbye to stuffy rooms and hello to a breath of fresh air with AirLify!
Carbon dioxide (CO2) concentration reflects key aspects of indoor air quality, particularly in terms of ventilation and occupancy. By monitoring CO2 levels and taking appropriate measures to improve ventilation and air quality, occupants can create a healthier and more comfortable indoor environment.
By providing key variables such as air exchange rate, room volume, average body weight, occupancy count, and duration of time spent indoors, users can generate forecasts of indoor carbon dioxide levels. Additionally, the app offers a rough guide on how many times to open the window to achieve the desired level of CO2 indoors. This function takes into account factors such as wind speed entering the room, the area of the open window, window opening frequency and duration, as well as the room volume. The app prompts users to input these values along with those required for the first option. When the expected carbon dioxide level calculated from the user-inputted conditions exceeds 2000 ppm, the app warns users with a red flashing light. Users can adjust the indoor air quality by increasing the window opening frequency slider until they reach their desired carbon dioxide level.
