It is designed for all kinds of issues and problems around your apartment, your household and any kind of craftsmen work.

You simply start a video call with a qualified expert after scheduling your appointment. Then you show your issue with your smartphone camera. The expert sees exactly the same as you do. Thus, qualified experts can help you to solve the problem right away or prepare for an on-site visit and identify the right spare part.

The AIVITEX app offers a highly secure and encrypted peer-to-peer connection with the expert. Relevant information can be recorded and you will receive it right after the call for transparency and data protections reasons.

How to use the app
After downloading the app, register yourself and establish a connection with your expert. If you have any problems with these initial steps, please contact our helpdesk: info@aivitex.de - We are happy to help you.

Beginning of the call:
In the beginning of the call the front camera will be activated and show you and on the other side of the video call the expert you are talking to.

Turn the camera around:
To show the expert your issue or problem, simply turn the camera around by touching the “camera switch”-button in the AIVITEX app.

End call:
If you want to end the call you can tell your expert or touch the “end call”-button. Afterwards, you will receive a pdf-report with all the information the expert documented during the video call.
