Akrivia HCM is a new age hire to retire platform built with a goal of creating an application with enterprise grade architecture and functionality coupled with a digital native focused user experience. All the modules have been built keeping in mind the future workforce and creating a positive experience throughout the life cycle of the employee in an organisation. Using Akrivia HCM organisations will be able “Attract, Hire, Develop and Retain” the best talent using a single unified platform.

1) Our product is a HRMS SaaS product that falls under the B2B category. The users would be employees of our customers.
2) Our current focus areas are India, South East Asia and the Middle East.
3) The app serves as an employee self service portal for our customers employees. Common features include applying for leaves, comp . off modules
4) Users(Admins) are given access to our web application, the same credentials will be used for login into the app as well.
5) There is no paid content in the application.
6) As mentioned above, the app provides convenience of performing day to day employee activities and is completely free. The employer pays for the web subscription of the web application.
