What is an augmented reality album?

Augmented Reality, Augmented Reality (AR) is a technology that extends our physical world by adding layers of digital information to it. Augmented reality albums use the same principle. They consist of a regular printed photo album and free app. It is the application that allows you to revive it when you hover the camera over a photo!

AlbumAR application works with graduation albums for kindergarten, school (primary and high school), university. Live photos look very impressive in wedding albums and photo books, thematic albums: love stories, baptism, birthday, first year, anniversary ...

The application features are not limited to albums. AlbumAR can be used with any print product: posters, calendars, postcards or plain printed photographs.

How does the app work?

If you point the camera at a photo, the application recognizes it using a special technology that analyzes video streams. If a match is found, the device downloads the relevant information from the cloud, and a video sequence is launched on top of the printed image.

How to try the application?

1. Install and download the free AlbumAR app
2. Open the website www.album-ar.com
3. In the "Examples" section, scan the QR code and point the camera at the photo next to it. Enjoy your viewing and good mood!

Requirements for using the application.

For normal operation of the AlbumAR application, a stable Internet connection or Wi-Fi and the presence of free space on the device are required.
