Mind Alert has two modes: Practice Mode and Game Mode. In the Practice Mode, there are 100 practice tests and Game Mode has 100 game levels. The purpose of the practice mode is to help develop one’s skill to be alert. In the Practice Mode, one can play with any of the 100 tests and in any order. In the Game mode, one can play a game level only if they have completed the previous level. Once an event occurs, one is given up to two seconds to acknowledge that event. The duration of the event varies. The light event lasts for one second, the vibration and sound last for 0.3 seconds each.
To get the most out of the Practice mode, one should repeat a test until they consistently are successful at playing the test. One should practice regularly.
