Alert We-Care NGO offers a solution to bridge the demand for emergency help and supply of voluntary first
reponse in the form of building an eco-system driven by a mobile application.

The app would connect a person needing help called "initiator" to a first responder called "VoICE" (Volunteers
In Case of Emergency) in readiness to volunteer their help until professional help arrives.

The alert message initiated by an initiator is geo cast to the first five nearest VoICEs. The VoICES also
receive the geo-location as well as the mobile number of the initiator.

This app also provides a platform for the Admin to communicate with all VoICEs on one network for notification purpose
as well as to all the app users about the basic do's and don'ts in case of emergency.

The app also provides an option to cancel the alert.
