With a few quick taps, send us a request for roadside assistance when you experience a car breakdown, an accident or even just a punctured tyre. We will locate you via your current GPS location and provide help or towing service to you.

+ Request a Guarantee Letter
Reduce the wait for a Guarantee Letter (GL) during hospital admission or when seeking medical treatment at the hospital. Request for a GL and monitor the GL status via the app at your convenience, anytime and anywhere.

+ Submit Medical Claims
Save your time and the hassle of tedious paperwork by submitting your medical claims via Eclaims and checking the claims status.
