Investigating and addressing concerns about early childhood education, digital technologies, and the overlap between the two, Alt-ER aims to foster resilient learning environments, lessen/prevent early school leaving, and give children the best possible start to their education. Focusing on bridging the transitional period that experts recognize as occurring for children around the ages of 4-6 years, the transnational partnership has developed an age appropriate learning activity based on self-directed storytelling and creativity.
