Altair Compute Manager

Altair Compute Manager allows you to manage your simulation jobs on the go. The app works in conjunction with the market leading HPC workload management and job scheduling solution, PBS Professional, to enable mobile simulation workload monitoring.

Technical Notes:

• You will need to specify the location of an existing Compute Manager server for the app to connect to.
• The server name should be formatted in the form "server_name_or_ip:port_number".
• To enable subsequent easy access to previously connected servers, the app will automatically add them to the application home page.
• A toggle switch is available to enable or disable saving of passwords on the device.
• The application connects to a REST web service to access and display job information and to invoke actions for managing them.
• SSL connection is also supported.
