Description:
The Altra IQ app, powered by iFit, acts as your personal running coach. A sensor in your Altra IQ shoes monitors your runs, then provides live feedback to help you improve your technique and form. You’ll receive real-time audio cues and a personalized running score for individual performance improvements. The sensor will record and give feedback for your landing zone, cadence, impact rate, and ground contact time. In the app, you’ll also be able to view graphs and charts to track your progress. You can even compare your metrics and stats over time by week or month. Then share your runs, routes, and photos directly to Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter!
