OUR FOUNDER
After a lifetime of struggles with Keratosis Pilaris, from covering up in the Summer season to wearing a long sleeve wedding dress to hide her bumpy ‘chicken skin’, it was when Annette’s own children developed the same condition that she decided enough was enough. Teaming up with a leading UK Skincare manufacturer, together they created AMELIORATE - the UK’s first dermatological skincare brand proven to help rough, dry, bumpy skin.

OUR JOURNEY
With the development of more products from our Softening Bath Milk Oil to the latest addition of the AMELIORATE family, the Intensive Lip Treatment, over the past five years AMELIORATE’s unique LaH6 Skin Hydration Complex has gone on to help people feel liberated in their own skin. It is this positive impact AMELIORATE has on people’s lives that makes remaining true to our mission of ‘softer, smoother healthier-looking skin for everybody’ the best part of being on The Ameliorate Team.
