Three mid-rise blocks hold a nest of very private homes that are tropical yet modern in style. Tropical, with quiet, cool landscaped areas and architectural features that welcome the sun, yet shelter where needed. Modern, with purposeful long lines and clean design. All this is graced by an ancient raintree that lends shade and dignity to the residences and enhanced by extensive landscaped courtyards.

The uniqueness of this app is the highly interactive 3D and virtual content. Users can now interact with the app contents with just the touch of fingers. A VR panoramic function allows users to see the interior living spaces in 360 degrees. This entertaining and content rich app gives viewers a virtual tour, without having to be there in person.
