HOW IT WORKS:
-When users feel anxious, they indicate it within the app. If users cannot identify why they feel anxious they can tap the "ping" button on the home screen to indicate feelings of anxiety. If users can identify what they are feeling anxious about, they can press and hold the "enter event" button, where they will then be prompted to describe their feelings.
-Once the user has accumulated enough data, they will be provided with various analytics, including: How much stuff they worry about actually comes true, and week to week frequency of pings. These analytics provide cognitive feedback, which ultimately helps the user disillusion themselves from their biased thoughts, negative interpretation of their environment, stress, self-deception, cognitive distortions, and selective exaggeration/magnification. These tools prove essential to the user’s cognitive restructuring.
-Users can keep track of their events and pings on the calendar page. Double tap a date to view and edit that day's events/pings.
