What is it about?
This application is part of the Home Energy Management System developed within the H2020 project AnyPLACE that allows domestic end-users to set their preferences regarding the use of appliances and according to the energy prices, define the best schedule for the activation of loads. It interconnects with the central management platform where the optimization algorithms are ran to interact with the end user. It also allows the input of manual and automated appliances to be managed by the system and decide which part of the proposed schedule should be considered (all, none, partial). The overall solution is able to accommodate to varying changes in the user preferences and rapidly determine the optimal solution for the next day or hours.
