Apport

Apport is a walkie-talkie voice communication, and photo and video sharing app that works without an Internet connection or cellular phone coverage. You can use Apport to chat, or send photos and videos to friends over WiFi and Bluetooth.

Apport is often used during live events, like concerts, football games, but you can use it anywhere where Internet is not available: planes, public transportation, cruise ships, campuses, crowded events, places with no cellular coverage.
