AR Call Premium is available as a monthly subscription.
It will unlock features like having group hologram calls with many participants.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase or at the end of the trial period if applicable. AR Call Premium subscriptions automatically renew. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period unless you decide to cancel your subscription renewal at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

You can manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal by going to your user Account Settings on the App Store after the purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
