The Virtual File is an application that supports mobile working in its broadest sense. Time and place independent. Herewith, you are able to request, view and edit your files from your central archive (Virtual Archive) at the location you prefer. If you download your files in your personal desktop in advance, you can have access to your information without an internet connection. Mobile working has never been so trusted and easy!

Editing your digital files via the Virtual File for is not different compared to the way you are used to, using paper files. Browsing and making notes and marks is really easy. How it works?

The Virtual File is connected to the Virtual Archive. The Virtual Archive is a web-based solution which customers can use to manage all their information and retrieve their files. With the Virtual Archive solution you can store data centrally and make use of a large storage capacity. After you downloaded your files from the Virtual Archive to the Virtual File an internet connection is no longer necessary. Access to the Virtual File is only available for users who use the
Virtual Archive. They have to login with their credentials to have access to the search engine for searching and downloading files.

For being able to use this application, the Virtual Archive is required. This application will not work without having an Virtual Archive account. For demo purposes a workaround has been created, with which the user can get familiar with the Virtual File without having to login and without connection to the Virtual Archive. The search results will always contain the same static data.
