AreaCheck is free to download. Monthly subscription is required to unlock the map use(You can drag up/down, zoom in/out on the map to see the nearby neighborhood). Specific address crime rate(only available for city over 100,000 in population) and hazard record(2018-2020) lookup is not included in the monthly subscription. You can make purchases to refill the searching opportunities when you have an active subscription.

Your specific address lookup times are binding to your Area Check account(not iTunes account). You cannot trade/ exchange to another app account. You can do specific address lookup only within active subscription.

Payment is charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless your turn off auto-renewal in iTunes account settings after purchase, or cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to the end of subscription period.
