Aries fitness is a fitness app that tackles working out with work out plans. As we onboard you onto Aries we want to know where you are starting and you pick one of our intro workout plans that is then tailored to you. To actually know when you will achieve your goals. This app is not just about personal fitness, but achieving your goals. 

The app will add more workout plans as time progresses it will have a wide section from workout plans to help you get faster stronger in sports, such as soccer, basketball, volleyball. Or even activities like yoga, body building, or even pilates. The reason we have different workout plans is working out is not created the same, you wouldn't lift weight for running or soccer like you would a bodybuilder. You need to do a squat yes but the same weight and volume a body building be doing, because body building is training for muscle mass while a sport like running or soccer is training for explosiveness and adding unnecessary muscle mass will slow you down.

At first as we develop features we want to use the stats we've gathered during onboarding to tailor the workouts to know what we have to hit how much activity and the intensity.
