From Platoon Sgt to Team Leader, you can create a public packing list that your soldiers can download. This will help with PCC's and PCI's.
Keep track of what TA-50/CIF items are placed in which bag, as well as your POGEY Bait.
Add items to your list to reduce the "Suck" for the next trip to the field.
