Aromatic Plants Of Greece

Aromatic plants (Herbs ) are known from the ancient years for their abilities in medicine , cosmetics or cooking from the studies and use of great people such as Hippocrates the father of medicine ,Pliny ,Galen and others.

This app focuses mainly in the aromatic plants that can be found in Greece , either those are very common worldwide, such as Basil or those that grows only in Greece like the Cretan Dittany that grows only in the island of Crete.

Aromatic Plants ( Herbs ) should always be consumed with respect and as medical products, some of them may contains allergens than can cause allergic reactions in some individuals and in severe cases even lead to death.
