ARUtility Remote Assistance

ARUtility Remote Assistance allows you to communicate with others remotely via video chat. Unlike other video chat applications, we've included augmented reality tools that allow you to communicate more effectively.

Users can leave drawings and annotations that stick to the real-world. The application is capable of detecting the objects in the users environment, allowing you to stick annotations to real-world objects. This allows for more effective communication.

The ARUtility Remote Assistance application also connects you to users of our ARUtility Utility Locating and Asset Management solution. Now you can see exactly what your field crews are seeing and are able to more efficiently get answers out into the field without requiring a truck roll and from anywhere in the world.
