AssessNET is a class-leading cloud-based (SaaS) Health and Safety management solution used by companies all over the world to maintain high levels of risk compliance.

The AssessNET Incident app allows users to record incident reports from any location whilst offline and submit to the online service when connected to the internet.

- Record near miss, injury and property damage incidents;
- Attach images captured from the devices camera directly to an incident;
- Take witness statements to submit directly with the incident;
- Anonymous authentication via QR Codes to report incidents without requiring user credentials;
