Our operators can see who’s calling and your location even before they’ve answered your call. With rich interactive mapping, live video and voice, operators can quickly assess your problem and organise the appropriate response. They can connect your closest carer into the call or organise emergency services while they wait on the phone with you.


PRICING AND TERMS
GuardianAssist Member and Carer app is free to download and use all functions apart from 24/7 Emergency Response Centre access. Become a member of Guardian Assist during app registration to access 24/7 assistance services. Membership is $240 per annum, payable monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
