AtomEco-2017

In 2017, which is announced in the Russian Federation as the Year of Ecology, the International Public Dialogue-Forum will be held jointly with the International Exhibition and Conference ""AtomEco"" - a successfully established international platform for professionals in the field of radioactive waste management, decommissioning of nuclear facilities and subsequent rehabilitation of the sites.
The purpose of the unified event is to demonstrate to the general public and specialists the priority of environmental safety in the nuclear industry, new environmentally friendly technological solutions, advanced technologies in the field of radioactive waste management (RWM) and spent nuclear fuel (SNF) management, decommissioning of nuclear and radiation hazardous facilities.
The Forum is organized by the Public Council of The State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom, The State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom, Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service (Rostechnadzor), Concern Rosenergoatom, Non-Governmental Environmental Foundation named after V.I. Vernadsky, Research Institute of Ecology Problems, Atomexpo LLC, Green Cross Association.
The Dialogue-Forum is held with the support of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Public Council under Rostechnadzor. The partner of the forum is Paks NPP (Hungary).
