The park is located ten kilometers away from Korca, on the slope of the Morava Mountain, and it is home to a wide variety of tourist destinations, such as Bozdoveci, Guri I Capit, Cardhaku, and many others. "Bredhi I Drenoves" is the name given to the forest that is located within Drenova National Park (fir trees of Drenova). In addition to that, there are abundant other species of beech and black pine trees. The lower portion of the park is dominated by the presence of hazelnut trees. The park is home to a diverse array of animals, one of which is the well-known Bozdoveci Bear.
It encompasses a total area of 1,380 hectares, of which 750 hectares are covered by forests, 240 hectares are pastures, and the remaining land is undeveloped country. Visitors come here in large numbers on a regular basis. The park is made even more appealing by the presence of a large number of natural springs that provide potable water throughout the year. Some examples of these springs include Shën Gjergj, Plaka, and Pllica. After downloading the app, you'll have the opportunity to learn more about the park.
