Organized and Optimized Navigation

The structure of the app is designed to find and search briefs in the most organized and easiest way. We have added shortcuts for easy access of the briefs. The hierarchy of menus is designed to organize your requests per trip. As easy as 1, 2 and 3.

Trip Notifications, Statuses and Alerts.

You can view each trip with corresponding Alert | Status | Notification icon on each side. You will know if each trip is complete, on process, needs your attention or cancelled. The status of each trip is designed to give you an overview of your service requests.

Full Brief Synchronized to Server

No information is omitted from the desktop version of your briefs. It means that the briefs sent through your emails are identical with the one you can find inside the app. Both the application and desktop versions inherit the data from our servers.

Requests Shortcuts

To make everything easier and to make navigation smooth, we have included a sub-menu of requests under each trip. Therefore, making it easier to go to any service requests.

A status icon is also included in the sub-menu icons. This will help you determine which ones are already obtained and requests that has changes.

Completion Status

To make everything easy to view and understand, we have devised a signal system that will show the status of every service request. Whether it’s fully or partially obtained and with or without changes.
