Axon POS

Axon POS offers great agility to the box-office staff with the main goal to reduce queues and accomplish sales in places set for it.

With Axon POS you can:

- sell tickets in box-office
- navigate in a fast and easy way through events holding sessions and ticket types
- add the amount of tickets you want to the shopping cart in a single order
- choose a favourite payment method: cash and credit card
- manage cash drawers and cash on your own
- print the tickets or reserve them for a period of time to complete the order later
- check sales, cancel orders and do refunds
- this application is fully integrated with the core of the Axon Stream platform, allowing a centralized management of the availability and to know the actual availability at any time.

All ticket sales are reflected in real time in the system, in order to show updated availability in other channels like online.

The system allows to select tickets for events in venue zones without seating or venues with seating map.

With Axon POS it is possible to reserve tickets instead of selling them. The reservation can be created, modified or canceled at any time, in that case the ticket becomes available for sale again.

From the control panel you can also sell blocked seats, simply assign a ticket type and confirm the action.

Axon POS allows native configuration of available printers which does printing faster.
