The B.A.T.E Fitness is a health and fitness app to help you reach your goals with Parris Weathersby as your personal trainer from your phone. This app will help you fall in love with fitness and help you reach your health goals.
The app is designed to help all shapes and sizes. You can choose how many days per week you would like to train and choose from the abundance of delicious recipes. You will be provided with live and on-demand workouts and a diet to follow from a library of healthy and delicious recipes.
This app promotes a healthy and balanced lifestyle that is achievable for everyone to follow.
Your workout will have a range of intensity levels, but all workouts have a variety of challenges and endurance levels, and workouts no longer than an hour.
The app includes quick & effective workouts, challenges, Weekly live sessions, and a community filled with like-minded individuals who have put their Fitness and health first.
We have been using Health Kit to facilitate users to track their health data when they do workouts. They can enable the iWatch option from the devices section under Account, the user has to open the iWatch App and Start Session. The health data like Heart Rate and Calorie Burn will be seen in the Workouts Menu under Account.
