Balida Shikiyaat is an iOS application developed by CyberVision in collaboration with PMDFC and MCs for the MC staff & citizens. Where citizens can lodge complaints and request RTI and Municipal Committee staff can respond to complaints registered by citizens.
It consists of the following features

• Citizens can check the status of the complaints
• Citizens can communicate with administrative body to reduce the distance and time barrier between citizens and administration.
