The Bancibo App provided by ID PAL, is the simple, secure and convenient way to submit your identity documents and information when verifying your identity with one of our partners.



i. International Anti Money Laundering rules require many businesses to carry out Know Your Customer procedures for new and existing clients. Our partners use the Bancibo App to collect your identity documents and information in order to verify your identity.



ii. When directed to the Bancibo App by one of our partners, once you have agreed to our standard terms and conditions, you should follow the simple on-screen process to upload your identity documents and information to our secure document server.
