The BancPass Toll Sticker is a prepaid electronic toll tag that can be purchased at major retailers in the Houston and Kansas areas. After the sticker is installed and the account is activated, the vehicle is able to use the system to pay for tolls on all toll roads in Texas, Kansas, and Oklahoma. Visit www.BancPass.com for a list of participating retailers that sell and/or reload the BancPass Toll Sticker. Some of our retailers include Kroger, Dillons, H-E-B, Costco, foodarama, CVS, 7-Eleven.
