BC Transit – OnDemand

BC Transit OnDemand is a new way to get around the Crawford area in Kelowna. We’rea ridesharing service that’s smart, easy, and reliable.

With a few taps, book a ride in the app and we will pair you with other people headed your way.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Book a ride by setting your pickup and dropoff locations. Indicate if you’re riding with any additional passengers.
2. You will be given an estimated time when the bus will arrive and where you should meet your bus. The estimated arrival time of the bus will be updated as it approaches your location.
3. When your bus arrives, please promptly board and pay your fare. Pay with Umo, paper fares or cash.
4. This is a shared service, so there may be others on board, and you may make a few stops along the way. You can track your ride progress from the app.

SHARING YOUR TRIP
You will be automatically matched with people headed in the same direction. This means you’re getting a ride that is both convenient and efficient.

ACCESSIBLITY
BC Transit OnDemand is wheelchair accessible. If you use a wheelchair, simply toggle on “Wheelchair accessibility” in the “Account” tab of your app.
