Home page
As soon as the user logs into the app, the Home page opens. There are current questions, from that day, waiting for the user. The user can (and must not) leave a comment on the question asked. The user has the right to put “thumbs up or down” three times in comments he likes and has been written by other users.
Questions within the application are set by the administrators.

Government institutions
When the user enters this category, subcategories of larger state institutions (Government, Parliament and
President of the Republic) are opened. This is adapted to the chosen states.
If the user selects Government, Parliament or President of the Republic, new subcategories are displayed.
For Government those are Prime Minister and Ministry with its offices adapted to the chosen states.
Parliament displays President of the Parliament and Deputies, always adapted to the chosen state.

Local institutions
When the user enters this category, two subcategories of local municipality are opened (always adapted to the chosen states), Mayor and List of municipal topics.

Virtual institutions
If the user stands out in his answer and has the support of other users in the form of “thumbs up” the user can run for the desired position.
Elections are held every month. If users select it in virtual elections, the user can become virtual President of the Republic or virtual Prime Minister or virtual Minister of ... or virtual Mayor. His mandate lasts for one month. Then there are new virtual elections.
