Be Kinder - Teen Challenge

This 'Be Kinder' app will make the world a happier place and bring sunshine to your life!

Are you fed up with trolls and bullies? Does hate and negativity get you down? Are you a kind teen or a teen who wants to have a go at putting kindness first? Then 'Be Kinder' might be just the App you’re looking for. Every day, for one year, you will be given personal challenge to complete. These simple challenges, that promote kindness and happiness, could positively transform yours and others' lives. Share your achievements, by photographing your challenge or linking with social media, and start a kindness revolution!
 
There are three types of task to complete.
·       Look after yourself- put yourself first; take care of your body and mind and feel happy!
·       Be Kinder- put others first and spread a bit of kindness- it will make you feel good about yourself too!
·       Help others- do challenging tasks that will really help someone out.
 
Could this simple App help fight hate, bullying, criticism and loneliness? You have the power to create a world where everyone puts kindness first- just imagine the possibilities…
 
How to use:
Each day, at a time of your choice, a pop up message will arrive on your device, giving you a task. Once you have finished your special challenge, go into 'Be Kinder' and select a thumbs up! At this point, you may want to load a picture of you doing the task or link to social media to share your achievement with the world! Every task given carries its own number of stars- based on how challenging it is. These will total up over the year against your profile.
Don’t worry, if you didn’t manage to carry out your task that day- it will automatically be stored in your history page and you can try again another time. Keep track of all your tasks and celebrate your achievements throughout the year.
