A small. teacher-led organisation of nineteen years standing in Edinburgh, Scotland, we really get to know our clients, who keep coming back.
We offer progressively taught group mat classes in-person and online, plus private studio sessions with the large Pilates apparatus, including the reformer. We are experts in working with injuries and health conditions.
