App Store Description

Are you worried about getting sleepy while driving, studying, or reading?
If so, implement Beatory’s anti-drowsiness right now!!!

We will do our best to help you avoid falling asleep during the activity.
However, depending on individual differences or today's condition, drowsiness may be incorrectly predicted.
Therefore, you do not 100% believe in preventing drowsiness, but we recommend that you get enough rest if you feel drowsy even before or during the activity.

Drowsiness Prevention predicts drowsiness by pattern analysis and AI learning.
If you are likely to doze off within a few minutes, we will notify you in several ways.
You may feel drowsy even though you don't feel sleepy.
Anti-drowsiness is not aimed at accurately determining whether you are sleepy or not.
Anti-drowsiness aims to help you avoid drowsiness during activities.

If the prediction is wrong, please give active feedback!!
Either you are sleepy or you are not sleepy.

Only active feedback can create a sleepiness prevention model that works for you.

You must have an Apple Watch to run Beatory's Drowsiness Prevention.
You must also have access to “Heart Rate” and “Workouts” in the health app.

In addition to preventing drowsiness, Beatory provides the ability to self-diagnose heart rate and observe its trends.

Did you know that you can check your health just by checking your heart rate? What's even more surprising is that your heart rate can predict your lifespan.

Beatory provides representative indicators to check our health status using heart rate data.
Heart rate: Average of heart rate data (BPM) measured by Beatory
Heart rate variability: standard deviation of heart rate data measured with Beatory
RMSSD: Calculated as the square root of the average of the sum of the squares of the differences between adjacent heartbeats
pNN50: Calculated as a percentage by dividing the number of differences between heartbeats exceeding 50ms by the total number of heartbeats.

Moreover, the trend of these indicators is more important than the value at the time of measurement.
Beatory allows you to check trends by day, week, month, and year.

In addition to the four indicators, a Histgram chart and HRV Tachogram chart are provided. Additionally, you can also check VLF, LF, HF, LF/HF ratio, and Total Power in the frequency domain when measuring.

However, Beatory simply mathematically calculates the heart rate data measured with the Apple Watch or fingers and shows the results. Therefore, please be sure to seek advice from your doctor when judging the value provided by Beatory.

Take care of your health in just 5 minutes a day.
Health must be maintained while you are healthy.

When measuring with Apple Watch, use the Apple Watch’s Mindfulness > Deep Breathing app.
And in order to retrieve data through the health app, you must allow access to health data.
The items you need to allow access to are “Heart Rate Variability” and “Beat-to-Beat Measurement.”
