BEEFING

In order to prepare / beef a perfect piece of meat with a top grill / gas head barbecue we developed the App “BEEFING”. Within very simple steps you barbecue your beef according to your personal „gusto“.

1. Choice Cut, Doneness and Thickness of meat.
2. Beef side 1 according to the calculated value of time.
3. Beef side 2 according to the calculated value of time.
4. Roast / braise the beef within the calculated value of time.
5. Enjoy

The calculated cook times are based on a top grill / gas head barbecue with setting „Full“ = approximately 4,2 kW nominal capacity and „Half“ = approximately 2,5 kW nominal capacity.
On different power/ capacity settings or consumption the calculated time may will differ. The safety and hazard warnings as well the user manuals of the respective top grill / gas head barbecue manufacturers must always be observed.
