A series of simple body focused exercises will allow you to connect how your mind and state of consciousness shows up and affects your body. As you get more connected, you will learn how these exercises can be used to improve your energy, create calm and ease in your body and mind, and leave you feeling more empowered to get the most from every day.

BeEmpowered Basic will teach you how to connect to your body, find ease and how to increase your internal resourcefulness. You will also learn about the importance of grounding and how to do it. And every small step you make towards deeper connection will help move you towards a state of personal empowerment. The exercises are simple and anyone can do them, all you need is few minutes per day and the commitment to do them.

The 12 Stages of Healing is for those who want more. Building on the basic body connection achieved in the Free exercises, you will start by exploring how your emotions affect your state. How they affect your energy, your ability to stay present and empowered and how they may overwhelm you or empower you. Many people feel that their emotions run them and that they are continually reactive and have no power over how they react. Learning about embodied emotions will help you to take more control and to be able to take a breath and respond to life events, instead of being overwhelmed.

Then there is a series of exercises that will help you examine your beliefs and how they show up in your body. How you have been conditioned by your family, your peers, by society and how this has affected your ability to function well in the world. Many of us feel like we're running someone else's programs, that we're making a lot of decisions because we have no choice, or we need to keep other people happy, and then we can fit in. But it doesn't make us happy and often shows up as physical or emotional/mental pain or lack of energy and exhaustion. You will explore how they embody and by working with the body (not the mind), you will learn how to change and evolve.

The final group of exercises will connect you to your unique blueprint, how you are designed to embody in this lifetime. You will connect to the energies within and around your body, and plug in to how your soul can express and serve in this lifetime. You will explore your authentic nature, how energies move in you and how it feels to be aligned to soul and no longer needing to defend.
