We pour the craft beer into the bottles through the device PEGAS, which is working on the principle of backpressure and prevents air into the beer-bottle
For pouring beer we use beer gas. This is an inert gas which does not change the taste of the beer.
The beer is cooled throughout the all time. From the moment when the beer is brewed and ferments in the brewery until we tap beer into the bottle for the customer.
We choose the best craft beer from Slovak and Czech breweries. We are consulting with distributors and breweries about which brews of beer are succeeded and will taste the customer for the certain season and period of time.
The all beers we select are unpasteurized and most of them are also unfiltered.
The cleaning of beer hoses is abligatory every evening.
