“Behind Numbers” helps you know what events happened in a specific year, month and day, and find the difference between two dates. In addition, helps you know the mathematical fact behind any number.

Tens of thousands of facts. The application uses the data available in online RestAPI. An API for interesting facts about numbers. Provides math, date, and year facts about numbers.

For example, “5 is the number of platonic solids”, “42 is the number of little squares forming the left side trail of Microsoft’s Windows 98 logo”, “February 27th is the day in 1964 that the government of Italy asks for help to keep the Leaning Tower of Pisa from toppling over”

Difference of two dates. You can find the difference between two dates using simple difference (year, days, and months) and using detailed difference (days, hours, and seconds).

Historical Event. You can find the historical event behind a specific year or specific day (day and month).

Mathematical Fact. You can find the mathematical fact behind a specific number. If a number is normal and without any Mathematical fact, the app will display its divisors and nature (odd or even).

Choose your language. Content in three languages: Arabic, English, and Spanish. The data are mainly in English and been translated from English to the desired language using online Google Translate tool. We apologize for any translation mistakes.

Ability to share. You can send the data to friends via messenger or publish on your page in the social networks.

The app allows you to share entries with friends and family through social networks, messaging apps, and email. We hope you'll find new and interesting things and encourage you to share that knowledge with others.

We recommend to use the application in English since the application’s data gathered from the API are extracted in English.
