It basically works with some proven activities like Gratitude Journal, Positive Affirmations, Positive News, and some Good Habits to shift your mindset to a brighter side of the world. We only want our users to spend just 5 - 10 minutes a day on this app to change their mindset toward the positivity in their life.
Some of the activities in the app are -
Positive Affirmations - Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to overcome challenges in your life. Affirmations are like an exercise for our minds to achieve anything in life.
Gratitude Journal - Simply write down a short journal about the positive things that happened to you. If you have never written a journal in the past. You may start writing with just one sentence a day. After writing for a few days, You can always look back at your journals to re-live the positive things that happened to you in the past. It will simply make you feel better and grateful for what you currently have.
Positive News - These days negativity sells in the media. We want to draw your attention to the brighter side of the media. This news is not updated regularly. So, you may simply read a few articles a day to make yourself feel better.
