Believer's Authority

What is it about?

This app has been developed to give readers an overview of Jesus’ authority, the disciples’ authority, Satan as our enemy, training ourselves to be godly, and the partnership we have with Jesus. Luke 9:1: states “When Jesus had called the Twelve together, he gave them power and authority to drive out all demons and to cure diseases.” This and other scriptures like it provide the believer with the authority “to drive out impure spirits and to heal every disease and sickness” (Matthew 10:1). Matthew 10:8 leaves no doubt of Jesus’ direction to His disciples: “Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have received; freely give.” Our authority comes from Jesus and we must understand the spiritual forces at work on this earth and exercise our authority over the enemy to free the oppressed.
