What is it about?
BENEFIT Move is part of the study of Leiden University about the effects of type of feedback on physical activity especially steps. You will have a daily step count goal and your success will be recorded for 20 consecutive days. BENEFIT Move provides you with daily feedback about your daily steps' progress by getting the information from HealthKit. You will be randomly assigned to one of several different types of feedback that will help you reach your physical activity goal. During this 20-day intervention, you will be asked to fill in several surveys within the app before the start and after the end of the intervention. Good luck with reaching your goal!
