App Store Description

BentoPOS helps you take orders from Facebook, LINE, or Instagram. You can manually create orders using the same set of product information and consolidated inventory from your storefront right from your mobile phone.

:: It is super easy to use BentoPOS ::

1. Select products
You can place orders for your customers with BentoPOS. Just select products and quantities that they would like to buy.

BentoPOS uses the same set of product information and inventory with your online shop. Therefore, there is no reason to manage multiple set of inventories again.

2. Add delivery details
Easily fill out customers' delivery addresses or simply search for information of current customers using their email or phone number.

3. Choose preferred delivery and payment options
You just ask your customers how they want to pay and get the products delivered and select the options accordingly.

BentoPOS displays payment and delivery methods that you have set earlier during invoice creation process.

4. Copy invoice URL and send it back to customer
After finish placing the order, our system will automatically email the customer and create specific web page for that invoice.

You can copy invoice URL and send it back to customer via chat so that he can validate the placed order.

5. Customer makes payment or bank transfer notification
After looking at order details, your customer can either make bank transfer notification or make payment through the agreed payment method during the ordering process.
